This was one of the most delightful transactions I had this year. It’s located in the prestigious neighborhood of East Lake, and was FOUND by a family relocating to the Auburn area. Having lived and moved quite a few times myself, including overseas, I have a heart for families relocating, and naturally tune in to the logistics of coordinating kids, school schedules, commutes, pets, new utilities, service providers in the area, and some orientation to the current buzz of the town.

What made this transaction especially delightful was that I was also able to dialogue directly with the builders, HOMEWORKS of Alabama. My colleague, Armin Naismith, facilitated this effective line of communication, which, all in all, produced a win-win situation for both the Buyers and the Sellers.

Approximately 25% of Auburn homes for sale are brand new construction. Since 2004, I’ve had extensive experience in working with new construction homes, and truly enjoy the task of thoroughly checking out every detail. I find that builders like HOMEWORKS of Alabama are as equally intent on selling an excellent product as I am to help find one for my Buyers!
